From the signal to the wrench.
Millwright' Software platform integrates with what's already running on your plant, but if your mission critical machines don't emit telemetry, Millwright's sensors and Gateway help you collect metrics and modernize existing devices. To close the loop, our autonomous maintenance robot Millwright 1.0 performs the manual fix or part-swap.

01Roadmap
Self-healing infrastructure.
Sensing comes first, in Q2 2027. By the time Millwright One arrives in Q1 2028, your plant has months of data telling it where to go.
Q2 2027
Sense
Clip-on sensors for vibration and current, plus Gateway for the PLCs and meters already on site. One install puts a plant on the platform, with no shutdown.
Q1 2028
Act
Millwright One walks up to the equipment and does the actual manual work. Inspections, resets and part swaps arrive as work orders from the platform.
02How it fits
One loop, onto the floor.
- 01
Sense
Vibration and CT sensors go on the machines you already run, without stopping them.
- 02
Connect
Gateway forwards their readings along with data from your PLCs and meters.
- 03
Diagnose
Trace charts the signals. Diag finds the cause and shows its evidence.
- 04
Act
Millwright One picks up the work order and does the job.
See it running on your own plant.
We are onboarding a small number of operations teams. Three questions, and we will be in touch.
